Managerr is an independent app. It connects directly to the services you configure. There is no Managerr account, advertising, tracking SDK or analytics in the app.

On your device

Server names, addresses, preferences and calendar reminder choices are stored locally. API keys and custom header values are kept in non-synchronising, device-only Keychain entries. Saved server snapshots contain media, request and playback information so you can browse offline. Artwork is cached temporarily in memory. You can enable Image Cache to keep smaller copies on this device, up to 500 MB. Cached images are excluded from backups and are removed when you remove their service or turn off Image Cache. Widget summaries are shared locally with the app’s WidgetKit extension.

Managerr does not offer iCloud sync. System device backups may contain non-secret configuration and preferences according to your backup settings; cached snapshots are excluded. Device-only Keychain entries do not migrate to another device. Configure each device separately.

Requests to your services

When you connect, refresh or perform an action, the app sends the relevant request directly to that configured server. Your server, reverse proxy, VPN and their operators may receive and log your IP address, API authentication, requested paths and action data. Their privacy practices are separate from Managerr’s.

Managerr supports HTTP for your own servers and uses normal certificate validation for HTTPS. HTTP does not encrypt credentials or server data. Authenticated redirects are refused. The app does not send your service keys or custom headers to external artwork hosts.

Artwork and discovery

Posters may load from your servers or HTTPS artwork providers identified by those services, including The Movie Database’s image service for Seerr. Those providers receive your IP address and the image request. Seerr discovery and search are sent to your Seerr server, which may use its own external metadata providers. Indexer searches are sent to your Prowlarr server, which queries the indexers you have configured there; Managerr does not contact those indexers itself.

Notifications, widgets and Shortcuts

Optional release reminders are scheduled locally with Apple’s notification framework. They are based on the dates last fetched by the app. Widgets read a local snapshot and do not use your credentials to contact servers. Shortcuts open destinations or search in the app. Your use of Siri and system features is also subject to Apple’s privacy practices.

Demo mode

Demo mode uses fictional media and separate in-memory services. It needs no credentials, makes no network requests, does not schedule real reminders and labels its widget summaries as demo content. Leaving demo mode restores your saved services.

This website

This static site is designed for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser headers and request paths, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not add advertising, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party fonts.

If you switch the website’s appearance, your browser stores that preference locally. It is not sent to us. The site does not set application cookies or require an account.

Support and your choices

There is no support address to write to and no form to fill in, so there is no correspondence held about you either. Support is the written guides, which ask for nothing. Remove a service in Settings to remove its credentials, cached snapshots, reminders and widget entries from that device. You can turn off reminders in the app and notification access in system Settings.

Because nothing about you is collected, transmitted or stored away from your device, there is nothing to request access to, correct or delete. This page will be updated when the app’s data handling changes.
